After rumors of an Almendrian invasion of multiple micronations spread like wildfire across the micronational community, the Micronational Coalition formed on November 19, 2023, originally as an informal alliance between Paxaris and the Sovereign State of Ridgeland. The alliance eventually grew to include multiple other nations such as Cristoria, Hoku, and Gorthia. On November 22, plans for micronational conquest were confirmed via leaked images from the Almendrian server, along with an Almendrian attack on Cristoria. Ridgeland officially declared war against Almendria on November 23.
Almendria attempted Discord raids against multiple micronations, such as Woodland and Hoku, on November 25. The only successful raid on Almendrian parts was the raid on Woodland. During this time, the Coalition mainly focused on raid prevention and gathering intelligence from various anti-McKeenist sources. On December 3, 2023, The Anarchist Resistance lead by Cristoria began a state of war against the United Nations Envoy Micronations, resulting in a quick division in the Coalition. On December 4, the President of Ridgeland ratified a peace treaty with Hoku, a representative of the USR after they had switch sides and joined, thus ending The Emergency. The Treaty of Piedmonton, as it was called, officially stated that the USR would abolish all claims on Coalition nations, and that a one-year ceasefire would ensue.
